FAQ: 1. A deposit equal to the gate ticket price will be required to secure your volunteer spot. 2. Hours of volunteer time per festival vary. Generally speaking, take the gate ticket price and divide by 10. 3. You will have to arrive by Wednesday at noon for Bonnaroo to get checked in. Other festivals differ. 4. You will receive your deposit back at the end of the festival in cash. 5. Most events have a designated camping area for volunteers. There is a good chance, you will not be able to camp with your friends in general camping. 6. Your friends cannot enter the festival early with you even if you are carpooling unliess they are also volunteering. 7. We provide meals to you. If you are working in catering, you eat in catering for the duration of the time you are there. If you are in concessions, we feed you in the booth while it is open and from catering before and after the booth is open if you are there. 8. You must be 18 years old, no exceptions to this rule. 9. Pre-show shifts and post show shifts are on a first come first serve basis, based upon seniority. 10. When you agree to volunteering at an event, we will send you a contract. We will hold your spot for 5days for you to provide a 25% deposit. If we do not receive that deposit within the 5 days, you spot could be assigned to another volunteer. 11. The balance of your deposit it due my May 1st.
